Wine making process: All the wine making process has been done at the estate. After fermentation in underground concrete vats, the wine takes on its mousse from a second fermentation and then is matured on lees during fourteen months. The entire process is made by our team at the winery including aging and disgorgement. The dosage was chosen brut to keep the complexity and freshness of the wine.
Terroir: schistuous soil, south exposure
